오늘은 전포동에 위치한 ‘바오 나이트마켓’이라는 술집을 리뷰해볼까 합니다!

바오 나이트마켓은 바오하우스라는 전포 대만식 밥집의 2호점이라고 하는데요 바오하우스도 가봤을 때 정말 맛있게 먹었던 기억이 있어 기대감에 부풀어 방문해봤습니다!
The Bao Night Market is the second restaurant of a Taiwanese restaurant in Pohang called Bao House, and I remember eating it deliciously when I visited Bao House, so I visited it with anticipation!

입구 쪽에는 이렇게 야외 테이블이 있답니다 날씨가 좋은 날에는 밖에서 먹어도 정말 좋을 것 같네요:)

입구 쪽에 붙은 메뉴판이랍니다! 대부분 대만&중식으로 이뤄져 있어요!

매장 내부 모습입니다! 사장님께서 대만 특유의 느낌을 살리려고 디테일하게 많이 신경 쓰신 것 같아요!
매장이 2층으로 되어있는데 계단이 정말 특이하게 생겨서 인상 깊었습니다! 아마 방문하시면 다들 이 생각하실 거예요🤣 아 화장실은 남녀공용이고 2층에 있답니다!
This is the inside of the store! I think the owner paid a lot of attention to detail to bring out the unique vibe of Taiwan
The store has two floors, and the stairs look really unique, so it was impressive! You'll probably think this when you visit 🤣 Oh, the bathroom is for both men and women and it's on the second floor!
TMI지만 제 첫 해외여행지가 대만이었는데 그때 대만에 대한 기억이 너무 좋아서 대만과 관련된 영화나 맛집을 경험하는 걸 좋아해요!
It's TMI, but my first overseas travel destination was Taiwan, and I like to experience movies and restaurants related to Taiwan because I remember Taiwan so much!
저희는 마파두부를 시켰는데요! 저는 고수를 좋아해서 1000원 을 더 내고 고수를 추가했답니다! 마라향이 나고 약간 매콤해요! 이국적인 맛이 나는데 그렇게 부담스럽지 않은 이국적인 맛이라 웬만해선 맛있게 드실 수 있을 것 같아요! 간이 좀 강한 편이라 함께 나오는 밥이랑 드시는 걸 추천드려요!
We ordered Mapa Tofu! I like coriander, so I paid 1,000 won more and added coriander! It smells like mala and it's a bit spicy! It tastes exotic, but it's not too much, so I think you'll be able to enjoy it! It has a strong flavor, so I recommend you eat it with rice that comes with it
다음은 가지 튀김인데요! 바삭한 가지 튀김에 새콤달콤한 소그와 고추 실파 땅콩가루가 뿌려져 있어요! 바삭하지만 씹으면 가지가 정말 부드럽고 새콤달콤한 소스와 조화가 잘 맞았던 것 같습니다! 이날 시킨 메뉴 중에 제일 제 입에 맞았던 것 같아요! 가지를 싫어하시는 분이 아니라면 다 입에 맞으실 거예요!
Next is fried eggplants! The crispy fried eggplants are sprinkled with sweet and sour soggy and pepper silkworm peanut powder! It's crispy, but when you chew it, the eggplant is really soft and goes well with the sweet and sour sauce! I think it was the best menu I ordered on this day If you don't like eggplants, you'll like them all!
그리고 추가로 시킨 수제 교자입니다! 위에는 고수가 뿌려져 있더라고요! 아마 고수 드시는 분들만 뿌려주시는 것 같아요! 저는 약간 찐 교자를 생각했는데 바삭한 만두튀김 느낌이더라고요! 바닥엔 마파두부와 가지 튀김 소스의 중간쯤 맛이 나는 소스가 깔려있습니다! 만두를 좋아하는 저는 맛있게 먹었습니다! 근데 그렇게 특별한 맛은 아니었어요!😅
And it's an additional handmade gyoza! There was coriander on top! I think only those who eat cilantro are putting it on I thought of a steamed dumpling, but it felt like crispy fried dumplings On the bottom, there is a medium-tasting sauce of Mapa tofu and fried eggplant sauce! As I like dumplings, I enjoyed it! But it didn't taste that special!😅
입구에 붙어있는 메뉴판에는 없지만 내부 메뉴판에 있었던 시즌 메뉴인 땡모반도 시켜봤는데요 정말 맛있는 수박 슬러쉬 맛이었어요! 이곳 메뉴가 전체적으로 자극적인 편이었는데 땡모반으로 입가심하기에 좋아서 시키길 잘했다는 생각이 들었습니다🙂
It's not on the menu at the entrance, but I ordered Tangmo Pan, a seasonal menu on the inside menu, and it tasted like a delicious watermelon slush! The menu here was a bit spicy, but it was good to order it because it was good to cleanse your mouth with watermelon juice🙂
바오 나이트마켓 총평은
부산에서 대만의 느낌을 느껴보고 싶은 분들이 가기 좋은 곳이라고 생각합니다!
음식들은 전체적으로 간이 강한 편이었지만 맛있었어요! 다만, 메뉴의 구성이 안주라기보다는 약간 식사에 가까운 메뉴들이 많았어요 매장 내부 인테리어를 구경하는 맛이 있는 매장이었습니다!
The overall evaluation of Bao Night Market is
I think it's a good place for people who want to feel the Taiwanese vibe from Busan!
The food was generally strong in flavor, but it was delicious! However, the menu was more like a meal than a side dish It was a fun store to see the interior of the store!
